Trotify Assembly Instructions
TOOLS YOU'LL NEED
A clean, sturdy and level work surface
Craft knife or sturdy scissors for cutting out parts and trimming parts 1-8a
Small posi/phillips drive screwdriver and an awl or small drill bit to make a pilot hole for part C
Small tube of superglue or contact adhesive, be careful not to stick yourself together!
Small rubber/nylon hammer to tap the axle caps part N into place. If you do not have one use a regular hammer and a piece of corrugated card to act as a cushion to protect your work surface.
Pop all of the Trotify parts out of the wooden flatpack and sand off all the edges
Make sure parts 4, 5 and 6 are entirely smooth
Sand 0.5mm from the face of part 8A
Make a pilot hole in the side of part 3, attach the top bracket (part A) and secure using pozi screw (part C)
Gently tap an axle cap (part N) on to one end of each axle (part G) using a hammer
Wheel Assembly: Glue part 5 to part 8 to part 7, using an axle as a guide
[Be careful not to glue the axle to the wheel assembly]
Wheel Assembly 2: Glue the short elastic band (part Q) to the rim of part 6
Glue the wheel assembly together in this order:
Make sure the notched cam wheel is facing the right way

Main Assembly 1: Thread the carriage bolt (part F) through the parts in this order:

Attach carriage bolt nut (part K) to the end of the carriage bolt (part F)
Attach Main Assembly 1 to Wheel Assembly 1 (WA1) using 1x axle (part G) in this order:
2 M WA1 M M 2
Attach Main+Wheel Assembly to Wheel Assembly 2 (WA2) using 1x axle in this order:
1 WA2 1
Make sure the notched cam is facing the right way - see step 6:
The flat of the notches on the cam should be pointing towards the back of the Trotify.
Cut the nylon tube (part H) into 2x 5mm lengths, 2x 45mm lengths and 2x 50mm lengths
Hold front fixing brackets (part B) to parts 1 and thread 1x part E through each lower hole
Insert 5mm nylon tubing lengths onto the bolts between the brackets
Add 1x part J and 45mm tubing to each bolt
Affix lower coconut half and secure both bolts using 1x part L and 1x part J for each
Attach top coconut half to top bracket (part B) using 1x part D and 1x part I on each side
Gently tap end caps (part N) on to both axles (part G)
Thread long elastic band (part R) as shown
Attach Trotify to front bike reflector hole using 1x bolt and 1x nut
